fully integrated Health art from China. It's a gentle way to exercise your
mind, body and spirit, leaving you relaxed and refreshed.
This is a self run group -
members share their knowledge.
COST: $1.00 per week

YOGA

Wednesdays 10.00am - 11.00am
Learn the tools for
decreasing stress in your life, which you can use anywhere at anytime.
The union of body, mind and spirit can help to "increase awareness physical,
mentally and spiritually through movement, breath, levels of energy to
create balance.
Beginners class or for people who have done introduction to yoga.
Cost $40 (5 weeks) or $8
per session (GST included)
